CENTRAL CORRIDOR

The Central Corridor is a planned light rail line covering the 11-mile (18 km) stretch between the downtown regions of Minneapolis and Saint Paul in Minnesota. The line is expected to follow the path of the current Metro Transit bus routes 16 and 50 along the combination of University Avenue and Washington Avenue (which runs from downtown Minneapolis past the University of Minnesota).

The Central Corridor is projected to be completed by 2014, with a central station located directly next to the Prospect Park Business Center at 2929 University Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN, 55414. The installation of the Central Corridor will bring hundreds, if not thousands, of passengers past the businesses operating within our commercial properties.
